How many times can I request a minor repair?

Unlimited during the term of your membership, each minor repair will just cost the current low repair fee.

How do I request a repair?

We’ve got an easy to use app for both Apples and Android which makes requesting repairs simple. You can also request via our website. Learn more here.

Are there any extra costs after I sign up?

No – there are no hidden fees with Schmick. Once you’ve joined, the only cost you’ll need to cover is the fixed repair fee each time you book a repair.

I live in an apartment – can I still use the service?

Yes, you can still become a member! If we can’t complete repairs at your apartment due to space or access issues, we’ll work with you to find a nearby location that suits – like your workplace, a friend’s driveway, or another approved spot.
